SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

+ What will be the transit delivery period post placing an order and shipping expense?

Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing

  • We basically go by Standard shipping that's no charge delivery across India.
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days.
  • In case, if there’s any delay from our end you will receive an intimation mail for the same updating you on the new delivery status.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

+ How do I track my order?

If you're a logged in user, simply head to the ‘My Account’ and then click on ‘Orders’ . Select the order in question, that will provide you the status of your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will be sending you an intimation mail with the shipping tracking details.

+ What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

+ What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, call our customer care at Ph: 9819811405 or mail us at contact@thepinkchampa.com and we will resolve it for you. We are available from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Pink Champa, we ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

+ Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect size of product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please call our Customer care team within 2 working days of delivery or the exchange policy will not be honored.
  • We would require the following information - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Our customer service desk is open from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact

What if I need a different size in the same style I have purchased?

Incase product is returned due to any manufacturing defect, the same product will be sent to you. Returned product can’t be exchanged with any other new product or different size.

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches us, post inspection the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 6-8 working days for domestic shipments.


GIFT CARDS

+ Where can I purchase a gift card?

  • Gift cards can be purchased from our website. You may pick one of the suggested denominations or enter the amount of your choice.
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using credit notes.

+ Are there any charges associated with purchasing a gift card?

Apart from the amount of the gift, there are no fees or charges associated with purchasing a gift card.

+ Where can gift cards be redeemed?

Gift cards can be redeemed online at www.thepinkchampa.com. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be redeemed for cash or credit.

+ How do I use Gift Cards for making payments?

To use these online, simply enter the unique code---- provided when you check out. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout.

Terms of use for your gift card:

  • In order to redeem your gift card, one needs to enter the code provided to you while checkout.
  • A gift card cannot be cancelled so ensure you enter the correct details of the recipient.
  • Only one gift card can be used to pay for a single order, it can’t be clubbed.
  • The same gift card can be used until the balance gets over.
  • Gift cards will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing or sale.
  • Discount vouchers will not be applicable on limited edition collections.
  • Validity of gift cards issued is 6 months and it cannot be extended.

+ When does the gift card expire?

Gift cards will expire 6 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. Please note that validity of gift cards cannot be extended and new gift cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused gift cards.

+ What if I lose my gift card?

Your gift card number is unique and confidential, and you are solely responsible for its safety. If you have misplaced your gift card, please write to us at contact@thepinkchampa.com

In the event of any misuse of your card due to loss of any such confidential details, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund against the amount lost.


CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

+ How do I customize my order?

  • Every category of product has a customize tab. Here, you can place your requirement in terms of size, color and design requirement. We believe in working together as a team, bringing your vision to life.
  • Alternatively, you can also send us a picture of the space you are looking at sprucing up. Our team will revert back with options if required.
  • Post a design briefing, we’ll get the concept approved and even provide you a detailed budget for the same.
  • Once we are on the same page, we’ll provide you a payment link in order to proceed.

+ What is the payment structure for the customized orders?

  • For cushions, runners, bedspreads 100% payment needs to be remitted. For drapes, we work on a 50% advance (at start of the order ) – 30% ( mid-phase) – 20% balance post fittings for only within Mumbai and outstation orders - 50% (at start of the order) and the balance 50% (before shipping the drapes).
  • Within Mumbai, for drapes we provide the channel fittings as well (the break up for the same will be provided in the quote given) and once they are fitted, our team will get the drapes steam ironed at the site free of charge.

+ What is the delivery period for a customized order?

  • Before we finalize the order, we’ll provide you an estimated time depending on your requirement.
  • On an average we take 15-20 days for a customized order.

+ What is the exchange policy on the customized orders? Is there any warranty provided?

  • We don’t provide any warranty on any of our products, unless the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged, send us a photograph as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • We would require the following information - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

+ If there’s any manufacturing/ quality defect in drapes, will you refund the advance amount?

  • Especially for drapes, as the amount involved is high we are very careful at your end. All the fabric swatches/ color and design concept is first approved by the customer on mail and then only we proceed.
  • Incase if there’s any quality issue with our product and it’s genuine. We will replace the drapes and complete our commitment. But we won’t be able to refund the amount back in cash.

+ Do you also provide motorization solution for drapes?

Yes, we are dealers for the following leading brands in motorisation :

  1. Somfy – France make ( 5 years warranty )
  2. Forest – Denmark make ( 10 years warranty )
  3. Toso – Japan make ( 5 years warranty )

  4. We deal in roller and wooden blinds as well.

  5. We also undertake the entire project – right form fitting of the channels till the drapes are installed and steamed ironed, not only in Mumbai but also outside Mumbai (depending on the project).

+ Do you provide any after sale service for customers for drapes ordered? (this is subject to Mumbai Only)

  • Yes, we do have a team of fitters to do the needful – at a nominal fee of Rs 500/-per visit
  • Incase of defects in mechanism etc, the part can be replaced on chargeable basis which will be informed to the customer post inspection.
